We are now only a few days away from our 2024-25 Season Opener.

The Season Opener will be at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, September 4. This will be held in-person at ViewPoint Gallery (1475 Bedford Hwy, Bedford) and also online. The WebEx link is on our members only page, but we hope you can come to see us at the gallery. And if you come to ViewPoint Gallery, you can bring some goodies with you.

After the Executive Update, We’ll have our usual Show & Tell session: “What I Did Last Summer”.
Please send a maximum of ten images to me on or before Tuesday, September 5. The images would need to be jpg in sRGB colour space and sized to 1920 x 1080 (our competition size).

Please use www.wetransfer.com for transferring your images to this email address: president@photoguild.ns.ca.
If you are having problems with the transfer, let me know.
Note, if you send the files using an email and not wetransfer and you have a Mac, please place your files into a separate folder, zip the folder and email the zip file – otherwise the images would show up in the body of the email without the filenames.

The program for this coming season is ready, you can see it on our website. We are still working on the field trips – if you have an idea for a field trip and would like to lead it, please contact Dean.

I believe we will have another amazing year together.
